COVID-19 DELIVERY INFORMATION
Here at Click Marketplace we are all working hard to keep all of our ‘Top Branded’ products at the same prices at they have always been. We understand that these unprecedented times are difficult on everyone, so our team are working day and night to ensure that our products you love stay at the low prices you’ve always seen.
Our dispatch team are all working extremely hard to ensure you get your parcel within a timely manner, if you place an order before 14:00PM you will receive your parcel the next working day!
Here at Click Marketplace we work with Royal Mail, Parcelforce & DPD to safely and efficiently deliver your parcels straight to your home. To comply with the governments advice to stay at a 2-metre distance, our driver will maintain a 2-metre distance.
We hope that our new contactless delivery process will enable our customers to shop at their leisure in a safe and protected manner.

Delivery Service Options
Our delivery charges are based on boxes, containing up to 30kg of shopping each, which is a lot of shopping and will be approximately 55cm3 (55cm x 55cm x 55cm).
Costs are dependent upon your location, if you register and sign in, with your delivery address set correctly, delivery rates will be shown for your area.
- Option To Upgrade To Next Day Delivery
- Standard Delivery within 3 - 5 business days
- Delivery costs FREE on all order over £40.00 or £5.49 for England and Wales and parts of Scotland (see below).
- Each shopping box can contain a maximum of 30kg of shopping
- All parcels are sent on a 24-hour service
- Multi-box shipping deals - If your order runs into two boxes the total delivery cost may change (Please see information at checkout)
UK Highlands and Non-Mainland Home Deliveries
Register with us to see what your delivery rate is for your area. Unfortunately, there are no multi-box shipping deals for these areas.
For some areas in Scotland, the charge is £9.99 for a box (25kg) depending on where you live.
Ireland and UK islands
For N. Ireland and UK islands, the charge is £11.00

Who Picks and packs my order?
As soon as your order has been placed, this is then allocated to a member of our dispatch team. Our dedicated warehouse & dispatch team work around the clock to carefully pick and pack your orders, making sure to carry out exceptional packing procedures so that you receive nothing less than perfect. Once your parcel is ready to be shipped, your goods are passed on to our courier service who will personally deliver your order straight to your door.
Who are the couriers that will deliver my parcel?
We work with Royal Mail, Parcelforce and DX – We will email you with your tracking information for which courier once your order has been placed.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
Rest assured, if you are not in you will either receive a card from our courier advising you how to rearrange delivery or our courier will leave a card and try again the day after! If we are likely to encounter problems delivering to your address, please let our customer service team know at email@example.com
What happens with large deliveries?
It is possible that you may receive multiple boxes depending on how much you have ordered with us. We will email you all tracking numbers once your order has been placed.
